Who receives your information

We share personal data only with providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it: CRM, scheduling and communication service providers; website and community hosting providers; payment processors; video conferencing providers; analytics and advertising providers; professional advisers; and authorities where legally required. Specific analytics and advertising providers are named in the cookie settings panel. A current list of our other providers is available on request. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

mindact is based in the United States, and some of our service providers are located in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, these transfers are protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You may contact us for information about the safeguards used for a particular provider or to request a copy of the relevant safeguards.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the site working and are always active. Analytics, advertising and functional cookies are switched off until you accept them. When you first visit you can Accept All, Reject All, or Manage Preferences — rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings link in our footer, where the panel lists every cookie in use with its provider, purpose and duration. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may then stop working.

Marketing

We send marketing email only where you asked for it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. WhatsApp is separate: if you opted in, reply STOP to stop. Opting out of one channel does not affect the other, and neither affects messages we need to send you about something you booked or purchased.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and receive your data in a portable format. Email [email protected]. We respond within one month and may need to verify your identity first. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place. If you are in the EEA you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security, children and changes

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system connected to the internet can be made completely secure.

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its date and version identifier.
